1.These ToS apply to all of our plans

2.No DDoS

3.No scamming

4.No CP distribution

5.No crypto mining

6.If you don't listen to the rules and break them, you get punished in two ways:

Tier 1 (crypto mining, getting caught hosting pirated stuff, low-tier scamming, or anything not allowed by international law) - Permanent ban of your IP and your email

Tier 2 (high-tier scamming, CP distribution, DDoS, etc.) - This will be taken to the police, and your IP and email will be permanently banned

7.If we get a DMCA because of you, your VPS may be taken down and you may be banned. If we get threatened because of you, you are responsible for your own actions.

8. You may choose not to comply with these rules, but that doesn't make your actions legal or protect you from the consequences.

9.We only gather your IP and your email, and we monitor our VPS servers for the security of our site.
